These modules    generate     electricity     directly     from    sun light    using   mono-crystalline/poly-crystalline  silicon  solar  cells  laminated  in  EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) and a high transmission toughened glass as a superstrate.

Features of BHEL Solar photovoltaic modules(12w/p -150w/p):

• Mono crystalline/poly crystalline  solar  cells  connected  in  series with two redundantly inter-connected strings.
• Cells  laminated  in  ultra-violet  stabilizer  polymer (EVA)  and   mounted   behind   a  high transmission toughened glass surface.
• Lamination process using tedlar-polyster-tedler,EVA,scrim and edge sealing of laminate by aluminium sealant  tape  having  acrylic   adhesive   provides  complete sealing against extreme temperature and weather conditions.
• Anodized aluminium frame provides structural support for mounting.
• Weather resistant junction box with terminals for output connection. 
• Manufactured   to  stringent  quality  specifications  and  tested  to  withstand    adverse   environmental conditions.

Features of RELIANCE Solar photovoltaic modules(3.3w/p-250w/p):

• Wide range of modules from 3.3 Wp to 250 Wp.
• Modules are designed to meet IEC standards.
• Modules are made of high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells.
• 18 to 72 carefully matched crystalline silicon cells, laminated between glass & back sheet using EVA as an encapsulation for improved power tolerance.

• Grid option is also available for hybrid operation.Hours of supply beyond the designed operation is considered through grid supply

System Working:

During day time the solar photovoltic array converts the sunlight into electricity and charges the battery through the solar charge controller. The solar charge controllers regulates  the  voltage, protect the battery against over
charge / deep discharge and also  ensure  optimal  utilisation  of  Solar  energy stored in the battery. The UPS converts the DC power from  the  battery  into  AC  power  and  feeds  the  load. The UPS also has an optional feature to operate through grid charge in the hybrid mode  with  priority  given  to solar energy. The switch over from solar to grid happens automatically without any break after the designed hours of working.

Exide Tubular Batteries

When running electrical loads the batteries are getting discharged and at times when the sunshine is weak. With wind power installation the battery has  to  compensate  for  low  wind  and  calm  condition, so the battery is charged intermittently. These  cyclic  loading  demands  a  special battery which will meet these high requirement. This is  why Exide solar batteries were developed, providing greater reliability and economy. Sun and wind are freely available source of energy, which  anyone can use according to his   facility. Exide   solar   batteries   use   these   sources   to  charge the batteries.We offer exide tubular batteries for solar based application with the following technical specifications of 40 AH and 75 AH.
